I have read the math common core standards. This describes about the role parents, teachers ,educators etc...have on the students and how the people creating the standards take this into consideration when making these requirements and trying to get these models for the children to be involved in there education. This blog also explains that the standards are written clearly on the children's learning skills for math and use that as there base to come up with strategies to be able to further the children's education in math.
I did the "remembering last year" test and strangely it felt much harder. I was having trouble answering the questions. If this is what they think is good for a 7th grader, 8th grade will be really hard.
I played the QWERTY Warriors game on the Keyboarding fun section. It's an awesome way to increase typing speed. Type fast or die! :)
